The Boltzmann equation and partial differential equations

For the Spring semester I will be teaching a graduate topics course at Courant -- the official class title is "Regularity Theory for Parabolic and Kinetic PDE". I am taking this as an opportunity to retake the habit of writing about mathematics in here. This page will serve as a repository of all the posts about the course.
